Description: Silver Rays Collection. 1 in PF-66RB and only 4 higher at NGC. Proof examples of the 1908 Philippines coinage (minted in the USA) are very scarce and in demand by both US and world coin collectors. The current 1/2c example is graded PF-66RB by NGC and has spectacular toning on both sides. The obverse features significant mint red that transitions into a dark blue near the top right. The reverse has lovely burnt-orange toning that gives the abrasion-free, reflective surface added eye appeal. A true rarity, expect spirited bidding on this Choice Gem (ls).
