Lot #: Go
Lot Title: 1937-S Texas and a 1946 Iowa, both NGC MS-65
Lot Number: 1009
Description: Roman Powers Collection. Brilliant white examples comprise this pairing of NGC commemorative half-dollars, and both are just as well struck as one would expect of the assigned "Gem" grades. 1946 Iowa has a few rim ticks at 11:30 of the obverse, and perhaps a couple of stray abrasions along either side of the bell tower. The 1937-S Texas gleams with alabaster brightness that is only just starting to show a bit of rim toning. Two coin lot.
