Description: The Fourth National Bank of Cincinnati, Ohio. Unlike the cashier's signature, which remains bold and deeply inked, the president's hand has faded somewhat . Nevertheless, with deep crimson seals and rather nice toning for the paper, the note features highly acceptable visual appeal. No pinholes are to be seen.
