Description: The Quantum Collection. Collector appeal: "terrific". A trio of better dates comprise this lustrous offering, and each is endowed with strong, original patina. We suggest the following grade estimates: 1886-S (MS-64, completely blanketed by chalky lilac-magenta patina), 1890-S (MS-64, stunning lavender-grey overall with unusually nice opalescence), and 1899-S (MS-63, technically finer but a bit lackluster due to very thick, dusty steam-beige patina). Very good strikes within this three coin lot.
