Lot Title: Sixteen 1884-S, three 1892-S, and an 1896-S, as described
Lot Number: 475
Description: “Grades by dates” seems to be the overriding theme of this particular twenty coin roll lot. There are sixteen 1884-S Morgan dollars that all appear to be nearly identical in choice XF, three 1892-S dollars that are in Fine, and a single 1896-S that is in Very Fine condition. Pewter-grey color adheres to the surfaces of the 1892-S and 1896-S examples while mint luster is noticed around the peripheries of every 1884-S example (ck).

This lot may contain an item not certified by ANACS, PCGS, or NGC. While Scotsman Auction Co. is typically conservative in our descriptions of items not certified by one of these companies, we cannot guarantee our grading estimation will match their grade. We highly recommend that collectors seeking items certified by a third-party grading service only bid on items that have already been certified. No lot can be returned because of a variance in judgment with regards to grade.
