Description:	The 1891 treasury note tens are just not seen very often, especially without problems. The most notable aspect of this VF example may be the paper, which has toned somewhat while yet retaining a pleasing cardinal-red seal and serial numbers. The front design has been expertly centered while the back noticeably favors the upper edge. Except for perhaps some very faint grey staining on the back, the paper is free from pinholes or any other issues.
