Description: The Quantum Collection. Normal date, rotated reverse (about 60 degrees). 19 graded AU-58, 26 higher at PCGS. Luster has dimmed only slightly due to rub in the fields, with the greater effect of diminishment rendered by heavily saturated Navy blue and rust-gold coloration. For a New Orleans dollar of any type, the details were struck with uncommon accuracy, except that the stars are inconsistently sharp on the obverse.
