Included are eighteen 1943, twenty-five 1944, nine 1944-S, seventeen 1946-D, five 1947-D, six 1948, and twelve 1948-S. Among these are a multitude of examples with dazzling pastel toning, others that are as white as a fresh blanket of snow, and still other with tinges of faint French beige (Scotia described).
