Description: 1 graded PR-61 UCAM, 1 higher at NGC. Were it not for such diminutive dimensions, this would be an astounding and near-outrageous example, as the inimitable contrast between fields and devices could not be more pronounced for a 3-cent silver piece. Incredibly, only a single example (graded PR-65 UCAM) has surpassed the grade at NGC, and even PCGS shows but a single UCAM example -- within ALL proof grades! Inspection of the surface instantly reveals the reason why the numeric assessment isn't much higher, as a scribble in the obverse right field will limit options every single time.
