Description:	Riser Handle Collection. Rapid Reaction: "it's your thang". 1904-S (AU/scratched) almost appears normal at first glance, but a closer look finds doodled scratches up and down the portrait. Cleaned coins with DETAILS grades are as follows: 1899 (AU, barely cleaned with a dark streak), 1901-S (UNC, doesn't really looked clean by strange streakiness on the reverse), and 1902-S (UNC, um yeah, the cleaning can easily be seen for this one). Do what you wanna do with this four coin lot.
