Half dollars worthy of special mention might include: 1807 draped bust (VG), 1811 (F), 1812 (VF), 1827 (XF), 1839 capped bust (VF), 1849 (VF), 1869 (XF), 1873 (VF), and 1877-S (XF). The best silver dollars might be: 1840 (VF/questionable color), 1846-O (VF/rim damage), 1860-O (VF), 1871 (VF), 1871 (VF/cleaned), 1873 (XF), 1877-S Trade (XF), and 1877-S Trade (VF).
