Lot Title: 1821 Capped Bust quarter VG-10, 1875-S twenty-cent piece VF-30, and an 1886 Liberty nickel VF details/damaged, all NGC
Lot Number: 1069
Description: Rapid Reaction: "voices carry". Brought together perhaps through unusual circumstances, this is a trio for the collector of the odd and whimsical. The 1886 nickel features somewhat devastating rouge-brown corrosion over strong details, but hey, it's still a key date. An 1875-S 20-cent has the normal mintmark, and much of LIBERTY still visible. Finally, an 1821 quarter has the sharpness of F-15, but must have received a "silent net grade" by NGC due to a prominent strike-through in front of the bust. Maybe not for the faint of hear, this three coin lot.

This lot may contain an item not certified by ANACS, PCGS, or NGC. While Scotsman Auction Co. is typically conservative in our descriptions of items not certified by one of these companies, we cannot guarantee our grading estimation will match their grade. We highly recommend that collectors seeking items certified by a third-party grading service only bid on items that have already been certified. No lot can be returned because of a variance in judgment with regards to grade.
