Lot Title: Thirteen gold dollars, plus a 1904 Liberty double-eagle
Lot Number: 1065
Description: Watertown Collection. The cataloger suggests personal inspection for this all-American all-gold assembly. The 1904 double-eagle will readily grade MS-60/cleaned at the grading services, and should prove ideal for an album type set. Gold dollars balance the grouping, and while most have been cleaned, their details should range from XF to AU, meaning there is detail aplenty for: 1849, 3x 1851, 2x 1852, 1853, 1854, 1856 type-2, 1861, and 3x 1874. Fourteen coin lot.

This lot may contain an item not certified by ANACS, PCGS, or NGC. While Scotsman Auction Co. is typically conservative in our descriptions of items not certified by one of these companies, we cannot guarantee our grading estimation will match their grade. We highly recommend that collectors seeking items certified by a third-party grading service only bid on items that have already been certified. No lot can be returned because of a variance in judgment with regards to grade.
