Lot Title: 1851 three-cent silver and 1898 Barber quarter, both PCGS MS-63
Lot Number: 1063
Description: Shop Talk Collection. A pair of nifty certified coins feature some degree of toning and a nice dichotomy of type presence. Subdued dandelion-yellow and magenta grey diffuses gently over the surface of a mark-free 1851 3-cent silver, accented by deeper russet-olive splashes. Substantially deeper coloration blankets the 1898 quarter, with crimson-magenta surrounded by velvety cyan on the obverse, and mostly silvery presence on the reverse completely enclosed by gorgeous vivid tobacco-gold and shimmering indigo hues. Two coin lot.

This lot may contain an item not certified by ANACS, PCGS, or NGC. While Scotsman Auction Co. is typically conservative in our descriptions of items not certified by one of these companies, we cannot guarantee our grading estimation will match their grade. We highly recommend that collectors seeking items certified by a third-party grading service only bid on items that have already been certified. No lot can be returned because of a variance in judgment with regards to grade.
