Lot Title: 1821 Large Date Bust dime PCGS VF-35, plus a 1909 Barber half-dollar NGC MS-63
Lot Number: 830
Description: Glen Galleria Collection. A curious marriage of widely divergent types may add a lot of interest to this certified pairing. The 1821 dime certainly borders upon the XF grade level, but may have been slightly net-graded due to very tiny scratches upon and in front of Liberty's neck. The 1909 half-dollar absolutely sheens with eggshell-white luster and would definitely graded higher if not for four tiny, brief scratches at the lower jaw. Two coin lot.
Estimate: $800-$900

This lot may contain an item not certified by ANACS, PCGS, or NGC. While Scotsman Auction Co. is typically conservative in our descriptions of items not certified by one of these companies, we cannot guarantee our grading estimation will match their grade. We highly recommend that collectors seeking items certified by a third-party grading service only bid on items that have already been certified. No lot can be returned because of a variance in judgment with regards to grade.
