Limited production quality capacity helps explain the presence of laminations upon the obverse, while the reverse bears up beautifully with marvelous, deeply swooping luster. It is unclear whether a straight grade might be offered at a grading service, given these as-struck characteristics, but for a better world gold type like this, AU-50 seems reasonable.
