They may be indicated as follows: Bolivia 1909 5-cents (PF-66, thin almond-silver tone), Bolivia 1909 10-cents (MS-66, delightful), France 1848 10-centimes "Essai" Mazard-1363 (MS-62, strongly cracked reverse die), and Belgium 1859 5-centimes "Essai" Dup-682 (MS-65, modestly prooflike).
