Description: VAM-3 may be the correct attribution, since the serif of "1" in the date has very slight doubling, while the reverse features clear evidence of doubling of the leaves at the left arm of the wreath on the reverse. Regardless, both sides display extensive, wide lustrous spokes than enliven the appearance. Although the hair curls at the center of the reverse are slightly soft, the eagle on the reverse seems to retain all its breast feathers -- a welcome benefit for an issue often seen unevenly struck.
