Description:	Laurel Roberson Consignment. Bolender-9, BB-166 features an "apostrophe" after STATES on the reverse, with this a particularly late die-state "d" for the famous die variety. A false, knifelike edge appears around some of the devices, demonstrating the effects of whizzing that has since been recolored with remarkably skill. Nevertheless, the appearance is far from unattractive, given bold XF details.
