Description: KM# 437.1. Fields on both sides exude utterly fantastic luster, completely unexpected of a lightly circulated gold coin of this vintage. The offending "scratches" referenced by NGC equate to a pair of slightly lengthy hairline scratches that extend from the obverse right field into the portrait. While not glaring, they do admittedly offset the otherwise pleasing visual appeal.
